The Maadi neighborhood is considered one of the most important and aristocratic districts which is located 10 KM south of Cairo and it’s most expensive. It is known for complex planning in its streets and high towers, and most of the streets have names such as: Street 9, which is the most famous street in Maadi. Maadi is divided into 3 main districts: Old Maadi, Zahraa Maadi and New Maadi. In addition to a number of other areas, Old Maadi is the most upscale area.
